Wendy moved from Chattanooga, TN to Sevier County in 1999 along with her husband, Mark and her three children. Her family came here to work at a local children’s Home. After a career change they decided to stay in this area because of their deep love and appreciation of the Smoky Mountains.

Wendy decided to go into real estate because she wanted to help others fulfill their dream of owning property in this mountain community. It is her desire to serve and interact with her customers as she provides them with excellent real estate services.

Wendy is the principal broker at Acorn Ridge Realty and Cabin Rentals. She is thrilled with the team of professionals that she has put together on both the real estate and overnight rental departments of the company.
